My most favorite job as a realtor is helping someone buy their first home!   First, it is very exciting and, second, very stressful.   I came from a single parent family home and my mom never did own her own home when I was young, although she owns more than one now!  So, I see it as a privilege to help as many people as possible buy their own home.  I will do my utmost to remove as much stress as I can from your side of the table!

If you are ready right now, the same thing applies as above.  Call a lender/mortgage broker and get pre-qualified to find out what you can afford (you probably already have an idea but verification is always comforting).
